The silicon oxide polishing fluid series is a kind of high-purity low-metal-ion polishing product made of highpurity colloidal silicon oxide particles or high purity silicon powder, preventing the scratch against the processed elements. It is used for nano-level high planarization polishing of a variety of materials, such as the medium polishing or precision polishing of gallium arsenide, germanium sheet, indium phosphide, gallium nitride, silicon carbide, monocrystalline silicon, polycrystalline silicon, lithium niobate, lithium carbonate, and chalcogenide infrared glass beads.

Storage method
